One of my favorite fast-food brands and I do frequently visit a Chick Fil-A. This location is one of the cleanest ones I've been to. The staff is amazing and so is the quality of the food. Highly recommended to anyone who wants something delicious but quick.
Consistency is so important and that's what you'll find at this Enfield location. Service was excellent and cleanest fast food bathroom I've ever been to. 5/5 stars. Food was Chick-fil-A of course.
It's hard to pit different Chick-fil-A locations against each other, but this is definitely one of the best I've been to (not that bad ones come along very often!) Food was fresh and hot, service was as polite and quick as usual, and they were gracious with my loud one-year-old and brought him some toys. Everything in the restaurant was clean, including the restrooms. This location has a playscape for the kids, looking forward to coming when my son is older! The value on the kids meal felt pretty good, I was happy with the amount of food we got for the price.
So while I was ordering in the very short line that there was the person had a beautiful color of pink lipstick on. Then whenever I went to the bathroom, there was a station for Lady goods and diapers. Then when I came back to the bathroom waiting for my food, which was quickly delivered. A kind man was hanging out mints. Despite giving us fried nuggets when we asked for girl nuggets when we went to go return them, they let us keep them and made us new ones free of charge when I ever another person in our group ordered eight count of grilled nuggets, they gave us the biggest chunks of chicken I have ever seen. Not very oily either. great quality! Overall 10 out of 10 experience thank you and Enfield! Gave us appropriate amount of sauces and the lemonade is very cold and yummy with good ice!
This was only my third visit to Chick-fil-A, ever. I have a gluten allergy so I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with the gluten-free bun, and the waffle fries. I was told that the waffle fries are always gluten-free. I was with my daughter who had the chicken nuggets and fries. We sat down and our food was delivered almost immediately. My gluten-free burger and fries were separate from hers, in a bag which I appreciated. My gluten-free bun was separate from the chicken with tomato and lettuce. The sauce was also separate. The chicken sandwich and the french fries were great. Someone checked on us partway through our dinner to make sure everything was OK and asked if we needed anything. Dining room was clean. There was a woman walking around cleaning and wiping down everything. It was a great experience and I would go again. Recommend!
I recently visited this place on my way to New Hampshire and I must say, it was an excellent experience. I tried the spicy chicken burger, which was flavorful and perfectly cooked. For the first time, I also tried their strawberry milkshake, and it was absolutely delicious, creamy and packed with real strawberry flavor. The service was outstanding. The staff member who assisted us was attentive and ensured we had everything we needed, including all the sauces and extras.
This location is my favorite in the state. Although a fan in general the consistency of the location, cleanliness of the location and the customer service. They still walk around and ask if you need anything. They say "my pleasure" after helping you. My most recent visit they had pics congratulating each 2024 senior that works for the location. Celebrating and publicly acknowledging the young people- absolutely a great owner. Have not seen this at any of the other. Check them out!!
Went here today for breakfast. The customer service stole the show. We ordered ahead online for dine in. When we arrived we scanned our table number. Gary, the manager brought out our food. He was one of the most pleasant people I've ever encountered. My daughter's biscuit with cheese was in the shape of a heart which was SO cute! My husband and I split chicken minis which are so good and we had a couple orders of tots and a fruit cup for my daughter, plus vanilla iced coffees. Plus - Gary through in a brownie which my daughter was elated about! The restaurant was clean and quiet despite a good amount of customers - we enjoyed it so much. My daughter loved the playscape! The room the playscape was in smelled clean and appeared well kept. Up inside the play area was littered with trash some children clearly not being watched by their parents brought up there and it did stink a bit like dirty diapers up inside there .... But this doesn't affect my review as that was purely a bonus! I would just recommend a good interior cleaning! We can't wait to have breakfast at the Enfield chic fil a again!
The review is for the breakfast only. I love McDonald's biscuit breakfast & have been eating it with the Egg yolk manually removed since I have diet restrictions due to high cholesterol. Every time I tried to venture out, I've always gone back to McDonald's as none of the other fast food places i've tried offer egg white or "round egg" that I can remove the yolk. I was delighted to find out that Chick-fil-A still offers egg white with their breakfast. It's sooo good, it's pretty much the same, every bit as good as the McDonald's I've used to except I don't have to manually pick out the yolk anymore. Thank you Chick-fil-A. PS. They also have the nicest employees of all fast food joints around here, great job
